The mainlines of the UP and BN railroads pass within 5 miles of this site and Progress Rail delivers cars to the on-site rail spurs.The coating plant applies both dual and single layer fusion bonded epoxy to pipe from 2 inches to 24 inches diameter. Joint lengths from 18 feet to 80 feet can be processed. The Rocky Mountains and Central Plains can be serviced from this location. Pipelines from Montana to New Mexico and Minnesota to Oklahoma can easily be reached from Sidney. Next day deliveries within a 400-mile radius are assured, enabling just in time deliveries. Any trucking company can be used.
